Honestly no complains at all. Fairly clean place with amazing friendly staff members and street views. Nice bedroom. Good bathrooms with a bath.

We were pleasantly surprised when André personally called to inform us about an item we had left behind in the room. The breakfast served in the morning was absolutely delicious and there was a great variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was a wonderful addition to our stay. With its perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and beautiful surroundings, Casa Do Salgueiral Douro is definitely a place we would highly recommend. we had a wonderful experience here and would love to return in the future.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even allowed me to check in early and store my bags in my room. Secondly, the rooms were well-designed and cozy, with a balcony that offered a stunning view. Lastly, the breakfast included a wide variety of options, including milk alternatives, which was a pleasant surprise.

We had the best stay at Casa Do Salgueiral! The property is beautifully refurbished, with a cosy bedroom and modern bathroom. The WiFi was excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful with fresh breads, cakes, and a nice selection of cheeses and charcuterie. The staff, especially Andrea, were incredibly kind and accommodating, even upgrading us twice for the same price. The communication with the owner was easygoing, and we received great recommendations for activities and dining.

The pool was definitely the best aspect of our xmas stay. It was peaceful and relaxing, a great way to cool off from the heat. Plus, the beautiful views from the pool area were amazing. , the staff were very warm and helpful, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. We also enjoyed the fresh-squeezed juice at breakfast and the scrambled eggs were so delicious!
